Getting support

Where to look first, what to send, how to reach Flavonto support, and how to report a security problem.

Look first

1. Open Forms, Diagnostics. Most problems on shared hosting show up there, each with what to do about it.
2. Open the entry concerned. Its timeline says what happened to its emails, integrations and payments, with the error if something failed.
3. Read Troubleshooting and Known limitations.

Contact Flavonto support

Use the support or contact page on flavonto.com and include your order number. Send:

• the report from Copy report for support on the Diagnostics screen (the plugin version and every check with its result; it contains no entries, keys or passwords),
• what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, with a screenshot if it helps,
• if a form behaves wrongly, its export from Import and export, Export forms. A form export holds the form and its settings, not entries; keys for outside services are left out.

Please do not send entries, passwords or keys. If support needs to see something on your site, they will say exactly what and why.

Flavonto aims to reply within 2 working days. Your licence includes support for the period stated on the product page.

Report a security problem

If you think you have found a security problem in Flavonto Forms, report it privately through the contact page on flavonto.com with the subject Security, and do not post it in public until it is fixed. Include the version, what an attacker could do, and the steps to reproduce it. You will get a reply, and credit in the changelog if you would like it.
